Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies offers two shipping options: DHL and EMS. When ordering items with estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent fully insured. 
Currently, we can ship to addresses all over the world. But for certain destinations and oversized items, your shipping options may be limited. Example: air shipments are not available for oversized items. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. When ordering items with estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Standard Shipping (DHL/EMS) : Please allow 5-14 business days for transit* 
  3. Ground Shipping :  Please allow 3-7 business days for transit* 
  4. Next Day Shipping : Please allow 1 business days for transit* 



 We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. 


Certain large or bulky items such as Board Bags, Golf Bags and Luggage are considered oversize and/or over weight by FedEx or UPS. Therefore a surcharge will be charged depending on the item's size and/or weight, in addition to our regular shipping charges. These surcharges are based solely on extra charges imposed by FedEx or UPS for transporting oversize and/or overweight items.

If there exists the product quality problem, we offer free return shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange your order at your shipping cost within 90 days from the date of receipt. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.

Return by Mail 
If you purchased directly from us either online at, and you are within the 90 day return policy, then you may also opt to set-up a return by mail. 
  1. Simply email with your order number and request an Oakley Return Authorization. 
  2. The product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization. Once your return is received we will send you an email confirmation. 
  3. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages when returning. 
  4. Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original sales order usually within 10 business days of package receipt. 
  5. We will email you again to confirm when the credit has been sent electronically to your card. Please allow 48-hours for funds to post to your card. 
Return Authorization (RA) Required 
All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization by Oakley in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization. Original freight charges are not refundable. 
90-Day Return Period 
You must request a Return Authorization for all other products within 90 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. 
Restocking Fee 
Unless prohibited by law, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all wearable electronics when the factory seal has been broken. 
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee 
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in "sellable" condition). 
Items not Directly Purchased from Oakley 
Items purchased from an Authorized Oakley retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
